Bamboo Eco Resort will utilize a Total Renewable Energy System (TRES), comprised of Solar Electric, Solar Thermal, Biodiesel Generators, Wind Power and Hydrogen Fuel Cells to supply 100% of the resorts power needs. The TRES makes it possible for Bamboo Eco Resort to greatly reduce the resorts environmental impact and operate independently from the Jamaica Power Service (JPS), by generating on-site all of the energy required to power the resort. |
